The “dégrilleur” screen is designed to retain large materials and all kinds of waste in sewage water. The de-greaser enables retention of fats (by flotation) and sands (by decantation). Fats and sands are stored in two pits and evacuated by hydro-curing trucks.

Micro-organisms feed on pollution and multiply, nitrogen is eliminated in form of nitrogen gas and returned to the atmosphere by aerobic and anaerobic phases which allow for nitrification process (nitrogen nitrite oxidation) de-nitrification (reduction of nitrites molecular nitrogen). There is flake forming.

Clarifier (Decanter vessel) - solution from 11 301 € HT*

The clarifier allows decantation by flake gravity. A part of the formed mud is then sent for fermentation of the aeration basin. Treated waste water is retrieved by overflow, then via a channel are returned to the middle.

Sludge is retrieved from clarifier and pre-thickened in a static thickener. They are ejected either to be thickened (liquid sludge 60 g/l), or dehydrated (Pasty sludge to 200 g/l). Thickened sludge is recoverable by agricultural spraying.
