Stay time : 5 to 6 weeks (refining 10 mm)

The maturation phase usually takes place in large heap and in open-air. A screening of refining is carried out before getting mature compost. The screening and refining equipment only work properly on relatively dry product. (30% RH for densimétrique table).

Treatment process of the air by washing Tower and bio-filter in composting factory - Solution from 436 € HT

Sucked air is first treated via gravel to clean the air of its nitrogenous compounds. The air is led to a bio-filter in order to purify the sulfurous compounds.
