NORASYSTEM - Action mode

1-The transfer from gaseous to liquid phase.

A single nozzle of mist operating at 6 L/h (liter per hour) with an average particles diameter of 15 µm produces 11,000 billion particles / hour. The gas-liquid contact surface thus generated is 3600 m2/h and enables effective transfer of olfactory pollutants of the gaseous to the liquid phase.

2- "Microlavage" (microwash) (acid/base reaction depending on the type of pollutant olfactory)

The average size of the micro-reactors is 15 µm and more reaction volume decreases, more the reaction speed increases and the reaction is almost instant. (According to the constant density speed-chemical kinetics)

NB: Calls on volume density rate of disappearance of a reagent, the opposite of the time derivative of the quantity of this reagent reported to the relevant chemical system volume.

3-Chemical Absorption (chimisorption):

The micro-drops serve as an active vector / vehicle to NORASYSTEM®. The main active vector of  NORASYSTEM® has a stereo-chemical structure the permits trapping of the pollutants by stabilizing them via ionic liaisons supported by chemical reactive reagents.  It has a transformation as a stable, inactive, non toxic, non volatile and non smelling pollutants item.

4-Downward spreading of odors

Very fast processing NORASYSTEM action allows a lower spread of odors.
